1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Promptlier (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Promptlier is a web-based tool for managing, versioning, comparing, and organizing AI prompts. The Service is available in two tiers:
- Free Plan: Includes basic prompt management and comparison features with a limit of 10 saved prompts.
- Pro Plan: Unlimited prompt storage, batch comparison, export reports (PDF/JSON), comparison history, and all other features for a recurring subscription fee.
3. Pro Subscription Terms
- Billing: Pro is billed at $5/month (or equivalent in local currency) through Creem.io, our payment processor.
- License Key: Upon successful payment, you receive a Pro license key. This key may be activated on up to 3 devices for your personal use.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Creem.io account. Upon cancellation, your Pro license key will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period. Your locally stored prompts remain unaffected.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the prompts, text, and other content you input into the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service to create, store, or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Shared comparison URLs are publicly accessible — anyone with the URL can view the prompts contained within. You assume all risks associated with sharing such URLs.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of any license keys associated with your account.
- You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Promptlier, the Promptlier logo, and all related branding are intellectual property of the Service owner. You retain full ownership of the prompts and content you create and store using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTLIER, ITS OWNERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email (if available) or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of China.
